This is very interesting.
Is this a sort of Otherworld modifier amended rule? I mean, no more "Animist in the wrong otherworld get a big malus", but sorta: Waha in the Storm Age gets a huge handicap (since he was not as grown-up, as a child of Storm Bull as he is in the Silver Age)?

BTW, who is Storm Bull's mother? (for Praxians) and who is Urox's mother? (for Heortlings)
