I couldn't disagree more. You are presuming that there is some sort of
'planned story' that must be made to work as closely as possible to what
has been preconceived. This is a valid GMing style, to be sure, and some
players do seem to enjoy it - but it certainly isn't mine, and I
strongly dislike games where it is the case. Fortunately, there is
nothing in Hero Wars that compels this particular approach, IMO!
