Indeed, the GTA mailing, which addresses the new deal between
Issaries and Steve Jackson Games (which leaves II entirely
independent, but meant that their products can be distributed
through SJG's much more extensive and effective marketing neywork)
also makes it clear why there has been a delay in getting this book
out, as ILH-1 will be the first product issued with both II and SJG
branding.
