There are a few gods who are strong -- Urox, Bisos and the like (you see the trend here). And a few heroes are also known for being strong -- Big Man being a perfect example. One of his devotee's is found in Morden Guards The Camp.
But a god of strenght? There's probably a Thunder Brother who does that stchick. At the risk of giving you a flip answer: I'd make one up as a very strong thunderbrother with a Strong Affinity with various Bend Bars/Lift Gates pealties.
