It looks as if I wrote most of this lot in about 1997. I'd forgotten quite how much of it there was :(
It does include a fairly complete collection of source data, and you maybe able to draw more useful conclusions from there.
(This was one of the sections I'd been considering *not* moving to the new web site. OK. Back on the to-do list.)
