Ok, off the top of my head (I don't have the sources to hand) the important myth, that of Orlanth's initiation appears in KoS, and involves Orlanth and his brothers being throwninto various pits, in which they meet and overcome enemies (Humankt gets thrwn into the fighting pit, but I cannot remember the others). IIRC there is a suggestion that this myth forms part of the Orlanthi initiation ceremony.

AFAIK Herotling initiation ceremonies also involve, meeting Second Son to learn the secrets given to Heort the primary cultural hero) and then participating in I Fought We Won. IIRC Jane Williams had something about this on her site at one point. Jane?
