I think you're slightly misinterpreting this, I was talking about 'full-time' Mali a worshippers. These, as currently described for most Animist worshippers, would indeed be the Disease Masters. I don't count the occasional visit as full-time, the tribesmen & women who make an emergency visit can make their own apologies to their gods.
