Regarding Hoomanz and Dungeons,
In Moonrites there is my cult of Narsiryk the Occult Thieves, they are very much like the Gestapo in Indiana Jones, always plundering other cultures rituals and secrets to assist in their own obscene magical rituals. They would make nice opposition for your trolls, perhaps one of the PC's could be an Argan Argar Jones style characters trying to thwart them.
