I'm sure both HQ core and the Heroes Book will mention the existence of the glorantha.com website. Do they really need to mention every document that's on it? Not that it won't be an interesting read, but I don't see HQ Voices as any more vital to most people's games than any of the myriad of other things on the website, and large parts of it are reprinted from RQ3 anyway (and were already online, albeit scattered among various other documents).
