I think this is too broadly useful a skill to have in a keyword. (It's great for a character, a super scrounging skill).

I'm at a loss for how this skill would be used.
I'm kind of surprised that there are no specific brewing skills in the keyword. (I guess they come from Minlister -- whether to put an ability in an occupation or a keyword can be tricky.)
