A Destori hero (who wants to stay neutral with Lunars and has an Etyries at his side) appeals to Urox to fight chaos expecting to get some "Impede Chaos" feat to augment his own abilities, but instead gets a whirlwind trasporting a whole Bullmen Band *here and now*!!
Suddenly the option to fight chaos without Urox's aid seems less dangerous to his mind.
