Hi Paul, Nick and folks,

At our session tonight, I was reliably informed that Forbidden Planet have stocked some Hero Wars in the past, though the product mentioned was one of the Pavis fan-books. Which is great from that point of view, but again problematic with regard to II works. Perhaps it is just ill-timing on my part.

I don't doubt that FP could easily order the stuff in--as indeed could Waterstones--and that a level of fan missionary work would go down a treat, it's just that it's not that close to me anymore, and Leeds is bizarrely easier to patronise*. I shall leave that open to other inhabitants of the Bolton-stealing cesspool that is Manchester! :o)

*that said, I'm growing remarkably cantankerous and old-gittish for my years, and the clientele and atmosphere of some of such modern hobby shops are grossly bad for my health... Young people into 'nu' metal with short hair and HAIR GEL. And not a Nuclear Assault t-shirt in sight. Good God.

All the best,

Stu.
