Borderlands & Plunder schedule

Does anyone know what the publishing schedule for this book is? Last I heard (May 03) Rick Meints was looking for artists...

 I have fond memories of the original, and can't wait to get my hot little hands on the Moon Designs version, which will no doubt be excellent.
