As far as Lunar deities go, probably yes - among the Seven Mothers, the Healing magic comes from her.

If you use "Lunar" in the sense of "Lunar Empire", there are other healers, for instance Erissa the White Lady, whom the Barbarians address as Chalana Arroy.

I don't think there has to be a moon-related cult of entertainers. The Empire knows its local forms of Donandar, it has Polaris as Lord of the Dance, it has a plethora of orgiastic fertility rites to choose from to entertain the current mask of the Emperor, and it probably has  several high artistical styles to choose from (Pelandan, Dara Happan, Rinliddic) if you want stiff formal entertainment as fitting for Yelmites.
