Remember that not every solar deity has been replacedby a Lunar one. The moon did not supplant the sun, it just took its rightful place again.
Tht said, remember that the empire will have plethora of "little gods" of entertainment, some popular in bars, some in the countryside, etc., and that these can be from must about any source.
Like a Shadow Play being, from sone darkness guy, a light show gal from some light cult, an all animal chorus, a windy horn quartet, etc.
