I kind of like the idea of "narbarians" -- they are the Orlanthi sub-group who all have a single twisted tooth sticking out of their mouths. They are, of course, the source of the Lunar legends about the wholly mythical "uniberians" whose horns are a sovereign cure for proper behavior and civic-mindedness....
