I like it.
Anyway, the general rule for magic is "It's a kind of magic".
It is not: "It costs such and such hero points".
The detailed rules as far as 2003 (I haven't read Masters of Luck and
Death or Dragon Pass Land of Thunder, I must admit) merely cover
limited aspects of Gloranthan Magic.
That is:
Some Lunar magic (tantalizing) and the Heortlings of Dragon Pass.
Period.
Anyhting beyond that is speculation, as far as I know.
