TR, page 66. But the example is of a God talker, not necessarily a Devotee (though it notes that God Talkers are *usually* devotees of their god, page 163).

The change sisn't flagged, but:
HQ 118 (Benefits and Obligations) states: "A Devotee has all the benefits of an initiate, *except he can call for Divine Aid only from the diety he worships*. (Enmphasis mine).

It is by my order and for the good of the state that the bearer of this has done what he has done.
