There's a style that Anakin uses in Attack of the Clones, left sword back-hand, right sword front hand ; keep both swords close together in basic stances, using them much as in a two-handed weapon technique ; use one-handed attacks (left or right) as and when appropriate (being careful not to chop one's own arms off). Use lots of mobility and agility.

I suspect that the only reason the style works is because these are _lightsabers_ (absurdly high damage dice, oops wrong game, so hitting the enemy is more important than muscular force), but I suppose it might be a reasonable technique with other, similar, powerful magic swords (or for powerful magician 2-sword enthusiasts).

Hence the two lightsabers exception (lightsabers are _excellent_ against armour <g>).

... and at least one guy in Dorastor who uses two iron bastard swords ... ;-)
