No, you're thinking of the RQ3 version of the cult. The one written in the days when it was a fight to get female adventurers accepted at all, and having female warriors who were also a part of normal society was unheard of. (They're all mad anyway, so just make them Babs or Humakt or Storm Bull.) Written before we realised that children are brought up by a clan, not by an unsupported family of one male, one female: so any woman who wanted to travel, much less fight, *had* to have reliable contraception.
We've moved on since then. We've realised that Vinga is a popular cult, not just a fringe idea for extremists (and I'm talking about players here, not Gloranthans!) We've even realised that Sartar is less sexist than the Sun Dome, which itself is less sexist than the RW. Vinga doen't have to be a feminist icon any more. She's moved back into normal Gloranthan life, where she belongs. And yes, Vingans have children if they want to, and not if they don't. Just like everyone else. It's just rather more likely in their case that they don't.
