The longhouses of Northern europe and the Iroquios peoples don't
really have much similarity other than they are both long and have
holes in the roof for smoke. But, having spent a week in one during
the winter (stupid larp), I can say that the Iroquois ones are MUCH
MUCH colder. Snuggle up tight, folks.
