If you wanted to split hairs...

The Abiding Book appeared in Jrustela (646), and was spread by the Return to Rightousness Crusade (from about 650). The Godlearners collective didn't form until 845, nearly 200 years later (although its founders had been exploring magic informally before that date). This, I think makes it reasonable to argue that the Abiding Book itself is not a Godlearner Artefact. (not that it rules that argument out, either, of course)
