I recall the 'aha' moment when I first read Strikeforce, and
recognized myself and my friends in their types. A similar less
dramatic moment occured when reading Robin's Rules (less dramatic for
being the second time around, not that his categories aren't equally
good, or possibly better for being fewer). It was a bit like taking
a myers-briggs or keirsey temperment sorter for the first time and
seeing your temperment described so accurately, then reading the
other types and recognizing people you know. In both cases it helps
clarify differences, and also validate the differences, making it
easier to say "they do this differently, and that is OK" instead
of "I know I'm doing this right, why won't everyone do it my way too?"
