Great idea for the various Lunar "crises". It also let's one of the
Argrath's persuade a local warlord to help attack a Lunar HQ with
the promise of booty (shades of Anthony Quinn's fine performance in
Lawrence of Arabia). "Paper! Just useless paper! Argrath lies!"
