The old "Genertela Book" has just a few things to say:

"1619 (7/48) - Karse, a strategic port city in Heortland, is taken by surprise naval assault (mounted from Korflu, in the Wastelands)." (p.48)

Karse "fell to the Lunars in 1619 after a dramatic assault." (p.50)
