Not that I am aware off. Doburdun predates the HeroQuest rules.
However, that IS why the villian in "Sheep, Clouds, Thunder" has it. Its just such a cool image.
An addi, as far as I know, is a sacred thunderstick. Its a club, probably magical, certainly of ritual significance.
