  Yup. I have been working from memories of a secondary source, so I bow to the knowledge from those who have a copy. ;) Most of the bodies, from my memory, weren't wearing plate, yes - but the one particular that I remember was wearing metal armour on his legs and still lost them. I may be wrong; I'd have to look at the book myself.   I still wouldn't like to the in the way of a warsword in the hands of a skilled strong man, whatever armour I was wearing...
