AIUI there's only one UK distributor (Esdeluvian?)

If that were happening none of the older stuff would be available, so it's not the situation here. I got the impression the distributor orders in relatively small quantities and expects SJG to be able to fulfil re-orders. That's why I'm saying there's a problem between them which needs sorting out if it's not to damage Issaries sales in the UK.

A game system where the only scenarios on the FLGS shelves are fan publications (Gathering Thunder was out of stock) looks badly supported by the publisher.

This would be good, especially as BA has scenarios for starting characters - new GMs are going to need those and if HQ is going to continue selling it's going to have to be to new GMs and players. Full colour covers seem to be optional, well over half the Glorantha material in the shop had single colour covers.
