It also occurs to me that the Harmony Rune is, I'm told, shaped like a Harp. Very odd harp (says I looking at mine), but maybe we can use this. Ever heard of a wind harp? (If not, a quick Google turns up lots!). Huge great thing, makes sounds by the wind blowing through the strings. Maybe this tree has a natural wind harp as part of its structure? That gives you a Wind link to match your Earth one. And certain effects are limited to the area where you can hear the Harp, which will in turn depend on wind direction.
