We held it back, because we then decided that, given the success of TiF, we would do a larger Tarsh follow-on book. I'm afraid that, like all our other projects, it has stuck in limbo for much of the year, as we have been asked to hold off any work on future publications while we await the new Issaries policy on independent publishers.
