Power Spots: you can tell I was working late on this and without much research. To me, I think the identification of a site with a power spot is implicit in the presence of a myth.

Why? Simply because of the human nature to attempt to explain things. It's not enough to acept that a given place has a closer link with the appropriate Otherworld - an appropriate myth would very soon be "found."

There's a flip-side to all this as well, again with gaming application. In discussing a temple's identity as place there is also a question whether frequent use of place simply for convenience can result in it being consecrated (objective consecration by long use) - "Grandpa and his Finovan friends used to hang out and drink beer on top of this hill beofre they raided the Untralos, now it's the site of Finovan's Shrine."

How long is "long use?" Unless we're talking about serious usage by extraordinary folk (Kallyr? Sartar?) I'd guess we're talking decades.
