Good point Jeff.
Interestingly we modern Finns are propably living in Pohjola, and V�in�m�inen's people lived over the gulf in Estonia (we are of the same people, of course. The Finns and the baltics there). V�in�m�inen sails north over the sea afterall, to reach Pohjola.
I'm reminded of the way Orlanthi live over a wide area of Genertela, and they all have "the great mountain" as in their myths and stories, but they aren't actually the same mountain.
