That would depend on where you are. If the only Lunar presence is a once-yearly visit by tax-collectors it's pretty easy. If there's a Lunar garrison watching it's harder.

In the short term there might be more delays in Iniitation. City dwellers might move to the pattern found in more civilised areas of having fewer Initiates.

That is likely to be normal in the short term - how it pans out in the long term depends on what the Lunars do. BUT it would die out quite quickly if the Windstop lasted.

Only where they overlap significantly with an aspect of Orlanth. The social roles remain largely as they are and that is a large part of choosing/being chosen by a god.

Both of these are likely to happen in pro-Lunar tribes. Especially if the Windstop lasts
