Helamakt is an aspect of Heler, also worshipped as a subcult of
Orlanth Thunderous. Heler sometimes provides a social function in
Heortling society as an outlet. Storm Tribe page 78.
However, Heler is the God of rain, so it does follow that he would
be worshipped at times amongst Orlanth Thunderous worshippers as he
is part of the storm tribe, and recognised as one of Orlanths four
storms. Page 82 of Storm Tribe gives more details about him.
Compare this with what is written in Thunder Rebels.
Storm Tribe page 16 has a section on shared subcults.
Hope this helps,
Regards
