Nils, I must respectfully disagree. While I don't think that Greg has gone all sue-happy and monolithically capitalist on us, it is always needful to view "hard, unfriendly legalistic terms" in both a best case/worst case view.

I don't personally think they are planning on being unreasonable, but I wouldn't want to bet a lawsuit that they havent gone off their meds.
