I can't speak for II, UW, or any other authors, but I'm certainly looking to work with II on ways to get out future material, like In Wintertop's Shadow or Wintertop Fair, in a way that works well for both of us.
I know not what course others may take; but as for me I'm not losing any sleep about this.
