The default numbers are listed in the HeroQuest rule book - see the chapter on guardian beings. Essentially (from memory) the numbers are a base level (14?) plus the total support modifier for that size of heroband. Most herobands in Masters include an indication of their size - certainly close enough for the community support table - so working out the default values takes two minutes. From there, modify as you need to match your heroes.
