Nope. The Ramalians involve themselves with Chaos to avoid remembering the Forbidden Secret. They do not treat Chaos as a source of energy but as a means to stave off everlasting torment. Likewise the Borists use lawful means to control chaos.
The Vadeli do use the energies of the fifth world in their evils but that is really the Underworld as a whole rather than Chaos.
