A lot of Gloranthan history consists of varied repetitions of previous themes. A lot of this is because of how Gloranthan magic works - find something that works on the Otherworld, repeat it on the Mundane World. Kallyr wants to refound Sartar, Broyan wants to refound the Hendreiki, and at least one Argrath wants to bring back the Storm Age.
