No. The Heortlings have defeated the Lunars in:

• the Battle of Falling Hills in 1362 (between Tarsh and the Lunars)
• the Battle of Karnge Farm in 1555 (the Lunars won by bushwacking King Palashee afterwards)
• the Battle of Dwarf Ford in 1565 (which saved the Aldachuri from Lunar conquest)

Lastly there's an obscure invasion of Sartar in 1591 which was defeated with the help of the Pharaoh (which is probably why it isn't mentioned in King of Sartar).
