Depends on what "power level" you're at. At W3 you may have a single ability or feat to teach. At W4 you might be able to teach a whole affinity, etc. (There are exceptions of course - you might have ended up with a single skill at W5 - that still basically only entitles you to become a herocult, teaching that single ability...

You got these abilities by going on heroquests and begging, borrowing, stealing, or inventing them, then bringing them home, refining them, getting experience, and teaching your followers how to do it.

But having this single skill or even affinity at the requisite level is not enough - there are other tests to pass and hazards to face.
