So tomatoes are a Lunar speciality... and according to ILH1, the biggest cattle-breeding areas in the Lunar empire are in the upper Oronin Valley, in Doblian and Pelanda. Presumably cheese forms a large part of the diet in these regions. Put them together, and it seems that in Glorantha, pizza will be a Pelandan invention...
