Well it seemed that the argument was something like, "sure you can do it, the rules don't prohibit it." Which I disagree with. But now it seems like "It's up to the narrator, but the rules don't othwerwise prohibit it." If that's the case, then, yes, no disagreement.

My point was that looking at the rules doesn't give you an answer in this case, other than to say that it's the narrator's responsibility to decide. Meaning that, given the definition of feats, that it seems rather unlikely that the example should be allowed.

Or, again, what Jane is looking for. The rules are irrellevant here, what she needs to know is what Glorantha is like in this regard so she can make the appropriate decision about whether or not this can be done. Are feats such that they can be used in such a way as to empower others to do the feat? That question still hasn't been answered I don't think, other than the opinions of such as myself who aren't authorities, and doesn't know the mind of the authorities on this subject. What is the intent?
