The players in our group seem to do this for themselves. Following their examples, I have worked out augmented abilities for around half a dozen activities for each character: Close combat and ranged combat, plus a few things that are specialties of the character, such as hunting and burglary for the hunter-turned-spy character, or storm rituals for the ship's god-talker. As David Dunham noted, our characters typically have a lot of augments: +10 to +15 is typical.
