The write-up for Vela the Matchmaker in Thunder Rebels (p132) describes Uleria as a demon, which reflects the standard Heortling PoV.
Uleria is still worshipped in Heortling lands despite this but her worship will be stronger among foreigners and those that have left the Heortling way.
