si, it is something like mine.
I am playing fully in oraya and redlans and I needed the oraya satrap to push hoh eel cultists to exceptional effort and I reasoend out that

a blood ritual in spring would have fertilized tha land while they were planting seeds

... as it seems you are playing in the area too and I just began, is it possible that we exchange ideas or something?
