Remember, heroquests can change the world but the effects are resisted by the existing worshippers, their beliefs, and their actions to thwart you. There's nothing to resist the effects of Harrek's actions here. This was more a case of a vulnerable entity being subject to a smash and grab. Very much a Harrek kind of thing, I think.

Who knows? Maybe Harrek's the last practicing God Learner or the first of the new ones.
