Rockin' with the Duke of Disorder

Guys & Gals,

In Wyrms Footprints, The Crown Test of Leika Ballista is described. While at Snakepipe Hollow, Leika finds herself at a party hosted by the Duke of Disorder. I was certain this "party" was more fully described in the Snakepipe Hollow supplement, but I can't find anything.

Is it in there, and I've missed it? Or am I thinking of a description I've read elsewhere? Or have I dreamt the whole thing and there is no fuller description?

Any help would be appreciated!
