Back in RQ2 days, conflicting power runes were often an indication of chaos or chaotic tendencies. IIRC, the only cult in Cults of Prax with conflicting power runes was the Seven Mothers (fertility & death).

I don't know if they decided to scrap that bit of God-Learnerism for RQ3...
