As far as i understand the name Arkat became the "title" Liberator in Heortling languages because of Arkats deeds. Argrath is a variation of that name/title.

  Good point. And "Arkat" is also a title, as I   understand it. "The Liberator" - it's the same word as   "Argrath", or at least related.
